EliteDating operates a private introduction network for verified high net worth individuals, investors, founders, executives and affluent professionals. Because our members entrust us with information relating to their identity, their relationships and, in some cases, their wealth profile and asset classes, we treat privacy as a core product feature rather than a legal formality.
This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, the legal bases on which we rely, who we share information with — including advertising partners — and the controls available to you. It applies to our websites, member area, messaging service, newsletters and any advertising we serve or permit third parties to serve.

02Data Controller & Contact
For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, EliteDating is the data controller of member data processed through this platform. Our advertising partners act as independent controllers of the data they collect through the ad units displayed on our pages.

Sensitive information
Please do not upload identity documents, financial statements, bank details or medical information into chat. Verification material is only accepted through the dedicated secure channel, is reviewed by trained staff and is then destroyed.

Advertising content is supplied by independent advertisers. Financial, investment, trading and cryptocurrency advertisements that may appear are not endorsements or financial advice from EliteDating. Always seek independent professional advice before acting on any promotion.

06How Information Is Shared
In the event of a merger, acquisition or restructuring, member data may transfer to the successor entity under equivalent protections, and you will be notified in advance.

Advertising & measurement
Ad networks and measurement providers receive pseudonymous identifiers and interaction signals, never your identity.

07International Transfers
Our members are located across Europe, North America, Latin America and the Gulf. Data may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Economic Area.

10Age Restriction
Adults only — 18+
EliteDating is strictly limited to adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will delete any such account immediately upon discovery. Advertising served on this site is likewise not directed to children.
11Changes to This Policy
We review this policy at least annually and whenever we introduce a materially new processing activity or advertising partner. Substantive changes are announced by e-mail and by a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect.
