The membership agreement governing access to the EliteDating private network — eligibility and verification, conduct standards, billing, advertising disclosures and dispute resolution.

01The Agreement

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and EliteDating governing your access to our private introduction network, member profiles, encrypted messaging, editorial content and any advertising displayed alongside it. By creating an account or continuing to browse, you accept these terms in full.

Key commitments at a glance

Membership is restricted to verified adults aged 18 or over.
Profiles must be truthful; misrepresentation of identity or wealth is grounds for removal.
Soliciting money, investments or transfers from other members is strictly prohibited.
Advertising shown on the platform is supplied by third parties and is not our endorsement.

02Eligibility & Verification

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction.
You must not be prohibited from using an online dating service under any applicable law, court order or registry.
One natural person, one account. Agency, corporate or shared accounts are not permitted.
Wealth signals such as declared net-worth bands and asset classes are self-reported and, where a verification badge is displayed, supported by documents reviewed by our verification desk.
We may suspend or refuse membership at our discretion where verification cannot be completed.

Verification badges are not financial guarantees

A verified badge confirms that our desk reviewed the material submitted at a point in time. It is not an audit, a credit reference, or a warranty of any member's current financial position. Never make financial decisions based on another member's profile.

03Member Conduct Standards

Discretion and mutual respect are the foundation of this network. The following behaviour results in immediate and permanent removal, without refund.

Harassment	Threats, stalking, hate speech, coercion or repeated unwanted contact
Content violations	Illegal, explicit, violent or non-consensual material, or the media of third parties
Platform abuse	Scraping, automation, credential sharing, reverse engineering or circumventing unlock controls

04Your Content & Licence

You retain ownership of the photographs, text and other material you upload. You grant EliteDating a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize and display that material for the sole purpose of operating and promoting the service to members. This licence terminates when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies retained in backups for a limited period.

You confirm that you hold all rights to the content you upload.
Private gallery content may only be viewed by members who have unlocked it and may not be saved, copied or redistributed.
Capturing, downloading or republishing another member's media is a serious violation and may be unlawful.

05Advertising & Third-Party Content

Parts of the service are funded by advertising, including native recommendation widgets and an infinite-scroll content feed positioned beneath the primary page content. Advertising is selected and delivered by independent networks and their demand partners.

Advertisements — including those relating to investing, trading, cryptocurrency, banking or insurance — are not reviewed, endorsed or recommended by EliteDating.
Nothing displayed on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Capital is at risk in every investment product.
Transactions you enter with an advertiser are strictly between you and that advertiser; we are not a party to them.
We label sponsored placements and separate them visually from editorial and member content.
Report a misleading or deceptive advertisement through the contact page and we will escalate it to the network.

No financial advice

EliteDating is not a broker, adviser or financial institution and holds no regulatory licence to provide investment services. Always consult a qualified, independently regulated adviser before committing capital.

06Membership, Billing & Cancellation

Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Consumers in the EEA and UK may withdraw within 14 days unless service was expressly requested and fully performed.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; existing periods are unaffected.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension.

07Suspension & Termination

Immediate removal

Fraud, financial solicitation, harassment or illegal content result in permanent removal without refund.

Proportionate action

Lesser breaches may attract a warning, feature restriction or temporary suspension.

Appeals

You may appeal any decision in writing within 30 days; a second reviewer assesses the case.

Your right to leave

You may close your account at any time from member settings; data is purged per the Privacy Policy.

08Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We curate and verify diligently, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of member-supplied information, the outcome of any introduction, or uninterrupted availability of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunity or losses arising from investments made following contact with an advertiser or another member. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

09Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EliteDating is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We ask that you first contact our compliance desk so that most matters can be resolved informally within 30 days.
Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence and to use any applicable online dispute resolution scheme.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement continues in force.
